What is SimpleKPI?

SimpleKPI is a cloud-based KPI software that helps you monitor and visualize your business metrics. It allows you to create and track relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and share dashboards and reports with your colleagues or stakeholders.

Who was SimpleKPI designed for?

SimpleKPI is used by companies, small project teams, and large organizations that measure KPIs and analyze business performance. Some examples of industries that use SimpleKPI are education, manufacturing, retail, finance, marketing and more.

What are the main features?

With SimpleKPI, you can manage KPIs, create dashboards, generate reports, and analyze performance data using analytics features. It’s a one-stop KPI tool covering all aspects of KPI management.

How do I signup?

To sign up for SimpleKPI, you can start with a trial here. When you want to subscribe, just click the subscribe button on the top menu.

Can I import my historic data?

Yes, sure. There are several options to import your historical data. Either via spreadsheets, an API, a database, or existing third-party apps you use.

Do you have KPI Examples?

Yes. We have a KPI Library you can browse, a set of industry designed KPI templates and a collection of KPI Dashboard Examples for you to use.

Can I share KPI Dashboards publicly?

Yes. You can create and share any of your dashboards via public generated links. More detailed instructions on sharing dashboards can be found here.

Can I use one account for several companies?

Yes. You can create KPIs, Dashoards and Reports for differnt companies within the system, in most case you will only need a single account to do this.

What does a SimpleKPI subscription cost?

$89 Per Month if paid annually. You can choose either a monthly or annual subscription which you can cancel at anytime. All subscriptions are unlimited so all your users, dashboards and reports are included - with no hidden extras. More on the benefits of pricing can be found here.

Is SimpleKPI secure?

AbsolutelySimpleKPI relies on Microsoft Azure's time-tested cloud storage and security operations infrastructure. More on Azure's security can be found here.

When was SimpleKPI Launched?

SimpleKPI has been available in its present form since April 2012, but the software originated in 2008 as a custom KPI software for different installations.

How many customers use SimpleKPI?

The software is used by more than 500 companies and 10,000+ users from hundreds of industries. They are spread across 90 countries, mainly in the US, Europe, South America, and the Pacific regions.

Where is my data hosted?

Our hosting environment is Azure multi layered, which has more than 200 data center's worldwide, grouped by regions like North America and Europe. The data of American customers is stored in North America by default, and the data of European customers is stored in Europe.

Can I download my data in one go?

Yes, you can export all of your data to Excel at any point of your subscription.

Can I see a Live Demo or ask questions?

We have a detailed support and knowledge database, with videos, tutorials and easy learning steps. We don’t offer live demos or QandA’s, but we’re happy to help you with any questions or guidance on setting up your account with your data. Just ask us.

Can I extend my Trial?

Yes, sure – just ask. We understand you may need a little extra time so no problem.

Is it possible to white label the software?

You can customize many features of the software, such as logos, colors and other settings, but SimpleKPI is still mentioned for support issues and the custom domains. So it’s not a complete white label solution.

Do you have a partner programme?

Are you GDPR Compliant?

Do you support different user roles?

Yes. You are able to create different types of users, such as basic users, managers, Directors, and data users. More in-depth information on different role types and their meanings can be found here.
