Studio is a menu of optional, fixed-price services from the team that builds SimpleKPI. Whether you want us to set up your account, connect another system, help decide which KPIs matter, train your team, create a report, or work with you as a partner, you can choose the help that fits.
Every service explains what it costs, who it is for, and what you will have when it is complete. We agree the scope and price before we begin, so there are no surprises.

Learn: get the team comfortable with the numbers. A session that gets your team reading the dashboards the same way, or a workshop to decide what's worth measuring in the first place.
Build: made to measure. A report designed around your board or clients, or a connection to a system we don't support yet.

Do I need SimpleKPI Studio to use SimpleKPI?
No. SimpleKPI is made to be set up on your own. Kip, the built-in AI, can build dashboards for you, and the templates and Help Center come with your subscription too. Studio is just the quicker route if you'd rather we did the work.
How is Studio different from the setup help I already get?
The setup help in your subscription is there whenever you need a hand, including getting a spreadsheet into your account. Full Setup and Integration Setup are for when you'd rather give us the whole job, start to finish. If a quick email to support would sort it, start there. It won't cost you anything.
Who does the work?
Our own team, the same people who build and support SimpleKPI every day. We don't pass any of it to anyone else.
How is Studio priced?
Most packages have a set price in US dollars, right there on the card, and nothing's billed by the hour. Custom Integration starts with a quick call so we can quote properly. Association Setup is agreed with each association, and Referral & Reseller doesn't cost anything to join. White Label is the one monthly service: a fee for your branded master account plus one for each client account. Prices don't include VAT where it applies.
How do I get started with a package?
Use the Ask about link on the card. It opens our contact form with the package already named, so you only need to add a line about your setup. We'll reply by email to agree the details and a time before anything is charged.
How do I pay for a Studio package?
It goes on your SimpleKPI bill. Once we've agreed what you need, we add it as a one-off charge to the card you already pay with, so there's no separate invoice to deal with. If you pay annually by invoice, it goes on an invoice the same way. Still on the free trial? Mention it when you get in touch and we'll sort it out with you.
Does a Studio package change my subscription?
No. Most packages show up once on your bill and that's it, and you stay on the same plan and price however many you buy. White Label is different: it's an ongoing partner service with its own monthly fee.
What if I need more than a package covers?
Add another package. Full Setup covers up to 3 data sources, so if you have 5, add 2 Integration Setups. That way you always know the price before we start.
Can you connect a system SimpleKPI doesn't support yet?
Start with the Request a data connection button on the Connections screen. It's free, and requests decide what we build next. If you need it sooner, that's Custom Integration: a quick call, then a quote, and we only build connections other customers could use too. If only your business would ever need it, Zapier, a spreadsheet upload or the developer API will usually get the numbers in, and Integration Setup can do the SimpleKPI side of an API feed for you.
Can I white-label SimpleKPI for my clients?
Yes, that's White Label. Your clients log in at your own web address on your branded login page, SimpleKPI isn't mentioned anywhere they look, and you run every client's account from one master account. It's $149 a month plus $55 per client account, with 5 client accounts to start and a one-off $499 setup. You look after your clients' support, and we look after you.
