Anyone whose clients or members need to keep track of their numbers: consultants, accountants, bookkeepers, agencies, writers, trade associations and professional bodies. You don't need to be a customer, though it helps to know the product before you recommend it, and the free 14-day trial is the quickest way in. Existing customers can refer too, and can take their commission as account credit if they'd rather.

No. There's no fee on any route. Referral partners and associations have no minimums or targets. Resellers need at least one paying client within 90 days of approval, or they move to the referral route.

25% of what a referred customer pays us in their first 12 months, counted from their first payment. A monthly customer at $79 earns you $19.75 a month, or $237 if they pay for all 12 months. An annual customer at $758 earns you $189.50, paid in one go once the 60-day hold ends. There's no cap and there are no tiers.

Subscription payments only, on the net cash we actually receive. That means after sales tax and VAT, and after any refunds, chargebacks or credits. Free trials don't earn commission, and neither do SimpleKPI Studio services.

There's no portal or tracking link yet, so you tell us. Register each client through our contact page with their company name and a contact email before they pay. We track referrals by hand for now and confirm each one in writing, and before we pay out, we check with the customer that you referred them. Resellers and associations don't need to register anyone, because your billing or your members' code already tells us.

The first valid registration wins. A referral counts if the customer makes their first payment within 90 days of your registration. An account doesn't qualify if it already had a trial or subscription when you registered it, or paid us anything in the previous 12 months.

We hold each payment for 60 days to cover refunds and chargebacks. After that, referral commission is paid on the 15th of the month after the hold ends, and association shares are paid quarterly, within 45 days of the quarter end. Payouts are in US dollars by PayPal or bank transfer through Wise, wherever you're based, and you cover your own receiving fees. The minimum is $50, and smaller balances roll forward. Customers who take account credit have no minimum.

Commission stops when they stop paying. The 60-day hold covers the 30-day goodwill refund on annual subscriptions, so most refunds happen before anything's paid out. If a refund or chargeback does come after we've paid you, we take it off your next payout. We'll never send you a bill for it.

No to both. You can't earn on your own account, your employer's, or any account you control. Each customer has one partner on one route, so a reseller's client or an association member can't earn anyone a referral commission as well.

If you resell, you set the client's price, so any discount comes out of your 30% margin. Referral partners can't offer a SimpleKPI discount, and an association's member code has to stay inside the membership. Please don't promise custom pricing or features we haven't built.

You can write about us, recommend us and link to us, as long as you say you're paid for it. That's the FTC's rule in the US and the ASA's in the UK. You can't bid on SimpleKPI, its misspellings or brand-plus-keyword terms in paid search, or put SimpleKPI in a domain, social handle or ad display URL. Coupon, cashback and incentivized-traffic sites are off limits, and so is emailing people who haven't agreed to hear from you.

When you refer, we bill the client and support them, and you earn 25% of what they pay in their first 12 months. When you resell, you bill the client, handle their day-to-day questions and buy at 30% off list for as long as they stay. You can use both routes with different clients, just not for the same one.

You do, for first-line questions: how-to, setup, KPI and dashboard builds, data imports. Product bugs and account issues come to us by email or in-app. That's how we support every customer, so there's no phone line or live chat for you or your clients.

Yes, with White Label in SimpleKPI Studio. Your clients log in on your own domain and branded login page, SimpleKPI isn't mentioned anywhere, and you run all their accounts from one master account. You look after their support. It's $149 a month plus $55 per client account, with 5 client accounts to start and a one-off $499 setup. Without it, an account can still carry a logo and brand color on publicly shared and embedded dashboards.

Yes, a short written partner agreement you sign electronically. It's non-exclusive with no territories, and you're an independent partner, so please don't present yourself as SimpleKPI staff. We can change the program with 30 days' notice, and commission you've already earned is always paid. Someone from our team replies to every partner inquiry within two business days.

Joining costs the association nothing. Members get 20% off list for as long as they subscribe, which is $63.20 a month instead of $79, or $606.40 a year instead of $758. Your association earns 10% of what they pay, or you can waive it and members get 30% off. Otherwise members get the same product as everyone else, Kip and unlimited users included.
