A KPI Score on your Home screen rolls everything into one health number. You also get spreadsheet imports with AI mapping, data connections, calculated KPIs, breakdowns, and targets with red, amber, and green status across the app.

Analysts get calculated KPIs with full formulas, breakdowns to slice performance by any dimension, anomaly detection with tunable sensitivity, root causes, forecasts, indicative industry benchmarking, unlimited historical data, and a developer API for programmatic access. You can ask the AI anything about your KPIs and it answers using your live data. It can also do the work for you: build dashboards, create and update KPIs, set up calculated KPIs, set targets, and manage users. It always shows you a confirmation before it changes anything. Everything AI is included in the flat price, with no credits or usage caps.

Yes. You can generate a public link for any dashboard or report, and viewers do not need a SimpleKPI login. You can also embed dashboards on other sites, or run them full screen on a wall monitor or TV with auto-rotating views. More detailed instructions on sharing dashboards can be found here.

Yes. There are six roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Contributor, Analyst, and Viewer. Admins have full access to every area, Managers enter and track KPI data for their own team, Contributors enter data for their assigned KPIs, Analysts can view and analyze everything, and Viewers get read-only access. You can add your own logo and set a brand color, and both carry through to publicly shared and embedded dashboards. SimpleKPI is not a complete white-label solution though: the SimpleKPI name still appears in the web address and in support.
