Spreadsheet upload with Smart Import
Upload an Excel or CSV file, however messy, and the built-in AI maps its columns to your KPIs. You review the mapping before anything is saved, which makes it the quickest way to bring in months or years of history.
Zapier
Use Zapier to send data into SimpleKPI from the thousands of apps it supports, such as your CRM, help desk or e-commerce platform, without writing code.
Developer API
Push KPI data in from your own systems and pull it back out, using scoped API tokens created under API Access in your account settings. Ideal for in-house databases and custom tools.
Manual entry
Some KPIs are counted by people, not systems. Enter them directly, or give colleagues access to add their own figures, with no extra cost per user.

Which apps does SimpleKPI integrate with?
SimpleKPI connects natively to Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, Stripe, Xero and Zendesk. Anything else can come in through Zapier, a spreadsheet upload, the developer API or manual entry.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Every connection is included in SimpleKPI's one flat price, with unlimited users. There are no per-connection or per-integration fees.
Can I import my historical data?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file and the built-in AI maps your columns to KPIs for you to review before anything is saved, so past months and years arrive in one go.
What if the app I use isn't listed?
Use Zapier to connect it, export a spreadsheet from it, or push the data in with the developer API. You can also ask for a new connection from inside SimpleKPI with the Request a data connection button, which helps us decide what to build next.
Do I need a developer to set up a connection?
No. The native connections are set up from the Connections screen in your account settings in a few clicks. Only the developer API needs technical knowledge.
