Today we’re making some very important updates to SimpleKPI. We’ll be making an upgrade to the interface, tweaking the databases and fixing some small bugs.
Why are we doing this?
When we first launched the SimpleKPI beta we encouraged both existing and new users to let us know everything they liked, and more importantly what they didn’t like about the software and service. This feedback provided us with a prioritised list of updates we felt would enhance the software in line with our customer’s requirements and to deliver on our commitment to continually deliver a service designed around the changing needs of our customers.
As SimpleKPI's user base grows so does the Database, we have implemented some upgrades to the database to make it more responsive and efficient.
