Simple KPI Pricing FAQ
Is there a trial system we can use?
Yes, with core system installations there is a trial system
available for thirty days, designed for you to view the
functionality and decide if any customisation is required, we do
not offer trial systems for Premium and Advanced plans which
require customisation.
Am I tied in to a long-term contract?
We don't believe in tying you in to something that you no longer
want, so you can cancel your hosting account by giving three
months notice.
Is my data secure with Simple KPI?
Yes. The Simple KPI infrastructure was designed from the ground
up to be highly secure. Your files are stored on
state-of-the-art servers, protected by advanced firewalls and
housed in a SAS70 Type 2-certified data centre.
How is payment handled?
Each quarter we send out an
electronic invoice, you can choose to pay the balance online or
pay by cheque. Our terms are thirty days.
What hardware and software do I need?
All you need is a modern web browser (Safari, Internet Explorer
5.5+ or Firefox). Simple KPI is hosted on our fast, dedicated
web servers, you don't have to install a thing!
Are there any other charges?
Once the system is setup up and running the only additional
charges are for future customisation and the occasional report.
