Questions
What does unlimited mean?
SimpleKPI has some limits for normal usage like users and Dashboards. Functionality
such as the number of KPI's are unlimited - as many KPIs as you need on the system.
How do I sign up?
All SimpleKPI packages start with a free, no obligation, no commitment trial! We
don't collect your payment details until your trial is over and you're ready to
sign up. To upgrade to a full account during your trial period, simply go to the
billing details tab and enter your payment and the package you require.
Do I need to provide my own servers?
No, SimpleKPI is software as a service. It is hosted on our secure premium cloud
at no extra cost. You don’t have to worry about servers, software, databases,
or security.
How long are your contracts?
We make it simple to start and stop your SimpleKPI account, all plans are month
to month, no long term contracts and cancelling your account at anytime can be done
through your billing tab, no need to call and no questions asked.
